Terms of Service

The rules of the road, in plain English.

These terms govern how you buy from, use, and interact with Wise Mind Media and wisemindcraft.com. We wrote them to be readable. The enforceability is the same whether the writing's dry or not, so we picked not.

Effective April 24, 2026
Section 01

Acceptance

By using wisemindcraft.com, buying anything from us, downloading a file, or installing one of our skills, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the site and don't buy our products. That's the cleanest path for both of us.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wise Mind Media. We'll call Wise Mind Media "we," "us," or "our" throughout this document. We'll call you "you" or "your."

Section 02

Who we are

Wise Mind Media is a trading name operating the website at wisemindcraft.com, along with related products and services. Wise Mind Media is based in the State of Georgia, United States. Our support channel is staffed through Zendesk, and the address for reaching us appears at the end of these terms.

Section 03

What we sell

We sell downloadable digital products. Specifically, Claude Skills, which are packaged files you upload into your Anthropic Claude account to extend its capabilities, along with the onboarding documents, reference materials, and related assets that accompany those skills.

Our digital products are delivered electronically, not physically. Nothing ships to your mailing address. Access is granted through download links, and in some configurations through an authenticated buyer dashboard.

Section 04

Eligibility

To buy from us or create an account, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that's higher, and legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you're buying on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

If we discover that an account was opened by someone who doesn't meet these requirements, we may suspend or terminate the account without notice.

Section 05

Your account and access

When you buy a product, we create a buyer account tied to the email address you used at checkout. You're responsible for keeping that account secure, including your password and any magic link emails. If someone else gets into your account because of weak security on your end, that's your responsibility.

If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, tell us immediately through the support channel listed below. We'll help you lock it down.

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to keep your contact email current. If delivery emails bounce repeatedly because your address is stale, your access to updates and support may be affected until we can reach you.

Section 06

Your license to use the skills

When you buy one of our skills, we grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that skill in your own Anthropic Claude account for personal or commercial purposes. That license covers the buyer listed on the order. It doesn't extend to teammates, clients, or anyone else, unless you've purchased a plan explicitly designed for shared use.

The plain-English version

You can use the skills to build whatever you want. Books, courses, workbooks, client deliverables, products you sell, work you give away. What you make with the skills is yours. You just can't redistribute the skills themselves.

You may install the skill on multiple Claude accounts that you personally own and operate (for example, a personal account and a business account both belonging to you). You may not share the skill files with anyone else, upload them to a public repository, or distribute them through any channel that would put the skill in the hands of someone who hasn't purchased it.

Section 07

What you can't do

To keep things fair for buyers who paid and sustainable for us as the creators, here's what's off limits:

  • You can't resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute any of our skills, onboarding documents, or source files
  • You can't share access with people who haven't purchased, whether free, paid, or bartered
  • You can't upload the skill files to Git repositories, Dropbox folders, file lockers, Telegram channels, Discord servers, or any other location where they can be downloaded by others
  • You can't extract the prompt logic, decision trees, or reference content from a skill and repackage it as your own product or a derivative product competing with ours
  • You can't remove, obscure, or misrepresent attribution within the skill files or documentation
  • You can't use the skills, or anything produced by them, to create content that's illegal, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or that violates someone else's rights
  • You can't use automated systems to scrape wisemindcraft.com, its product pages, or any authenticated dashboard we provide
  • You can't attempt to bypass the authentication, download protection, or access controls on any product or page

Violations are grounds for immediate termination of your license and your buyer account, with no refund. Serious violations may result in legal action.

Section 08

Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment partner. When you pay, your card information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. We receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with your email address and basic order metadata.

All prices listed on wisemindcraft.com are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices don't include any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for those.

Delivery happens electronically and almost always within one minute of a successful payment. You'll receive a receipt email from Stripe and a delivery email from us containing your download link, login instructions, or both, depending on the product.

If the delivery email doesn't arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder first. If it's still missing, open a support ticket and we'll resend it manually.

For the full refund policy, see our separate Refund Policy. The short version: because these are instant-access digital downloads, refunds aren't offered by default, but we'll make it right if something doesn't work as described.

Section 09

Updates

Most of our skills and suites include a defined update window, typically 12 months from your purchase date. During that window, any improvements we ship, bug fixes we deploy, or content additions we make to the product are delivered to you at no additional cost. The delivery channel is an email to the address on your purchase receipt with a fresh download link.

Updates cover enhancements to the skills and documentation you bought. They don't automatically entitle you to new standalone products that we release separately, even if those products are related to or build on what you purchased.

We don't commit to a specific update cadence or feature roadmap. Updates happen when we have something worth shipping, and the scope is at our discretion. If a product doesn't receive updates during its covered window, that's not a breach of these terms, though we'll always try to do right by buyers.

Section 10

What you own, what we own

What we own

All intellectual property in the skills, including the prompts, decision logic, reference content, frameworks, naming conventions, and accompanying documentation, belongs to Wise Mind Media. Buying a license doesn't transfer any of that to you. Copyright, trademarks, trade dress, and all related rights remain ours.

What you own

Anything you create while using our skills belongs to you. If the Content Creation Atelier helps you write an ebook, the ebook is yours. If Format Architect packages it into an ePub, the ePub is yours. If the Marketing Skill produces a social post calendar, the calendar is yours. We claim no ownership over your output, and we claim no royalty on what you sell.

You're responsible for making sure the work you produce doesn't infringe on someone else's rights. The skills are tools. They don't vet your output for copyright, trademark, defamation, or anything else. That responsibility sits with you as the creator.

Section 11

Third-party services

Our products depend on services operated by other companies. The main ones you should know about:

  • Anthropic, the maker of Claude, which is the host environment for our skills. If Anthropic changes its skills architecture, plans, or availability, that can affect how our products work, and we don't control those changes
  • Stripe, which handles payment processing. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment portion of your transaction
  • Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), which delivers our transactional and update emails
  • Hostinger, which provides the underlying web hosting infrastructure for wisemindcraft.com

We're not responsible for outages, changes, or failures on the part of these third-party providers. If Claude is down, our skills won't run in Claude. If Stripe rejects your card, we can't complete your order. We'll do what we can to keep you informed when something third-party goes sideways, but the underlying service isn't ours to fix.

Section 12

Disclaimers

Our products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the products beyond what's explicitly stated on the product page or in the product documentation. Specifically, we don't warrant that:

  • The skills will meet every possible use case you have in mind
  • The skills will produce any specific business result, including sales, income, audience growth, or any other measurable outcome
  • The skills will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or compatible with every future version of Claude
  • Any content produced by the skills is free of errors, suitable for publication without review, or legally compliant in your jurisdiction
Specifically on income claims

We don't promise you'll make money. Nothing on our site, in our skills, or in our marketing constitutes a guarantee of revenue, sales, or business success. What you earn depends on you: your effort, your market, your audience, your execution. The skills are tools that can help. They aren't a lottery ticket.

Section 13

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms, the website, or any product you bought from us is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you bought one product for $128, that's the cap. If you bought several products totaling $500, that's the cap.

Neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or business interruption, even if we've been advised that those damages were possible.

Some jurisdictions don't allow the limitations above. If you're in one of those jurisdictions, parts of this section may not apply to you. The rest still do.

Section 14

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wise Mind Media, its owner, and its operators from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) that arises from:

  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights
  • Content you created using our skills, including any claims that your output infringes, defames, or otherwise harms someone
  • Your misuse of the website or the products

We'll let you know promptly if a claim arises that triggers this section, and we'll cooperate reasonably with your defense, at your expense.

Section 15

Termination

You can stop using our products at any time. Deleting a skill from your Claude account, closing your buyer account with us, or simply walking away are all fine.

We can suspend or terminate your access to the products, your buyer account, or both, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these terms
  • You engage in fraud, chargebacks without first contacting support, or any action that damages us or other buyers
  • We're required to do so by law, court order, or a legitimate legal request
  • We discontinue the product or service you purchased (in which case, we'll provide reasonable notice where we can)

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

Section 16

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective" date at the top of the page and, for material changes, post a notice on the site or email registered buyers.

Your continued use of the site or the products after the changes take effect counts as acceptance of the updated terms. If you don't agree with the changes, stop using the site and contact us about your options.

Section 17

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you and we consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing anything, we ask that you contact us first through the support channel below and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue informally. Most disputes end there. The ones that don't can proceed through the courts named above.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Section 18

General provisions

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Wise Mind Media. They replace any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. The unenforceable part gets the narrowest possible reading that makes it enforceable, or is severed if it can't be saved.

No waiver

If we don't enforce a provision right away, or if we overlook a violation once, that doesn't mean we've given up the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You can't assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We can assign ours without restriction, for example in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

Force majeure

We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure outages, pandemics, labor disruptions, or actions by third-party service providers.

Section 19

Contact

Questions about these terms, or anything else about using our products, go to our support channel. Leave your order ID and a clear note about the issue, and we'll reply as soon as we can.
